David was born and raised in Denver. He happily lives in a restored Mid-Century Modern home, 4 blocks from the elementary school he attended as a child, in Virginia Village. After Colorado State University and obtaining his B.A. in business and accounting, David earned his C.P.A. and worked as an auditor for KPMG Peat Marwick for 6 years. During this time, he moved to New York City to work in the world headquarters of the accounting firm. David ended up working in Finance, marketing and operations for Anne Klein and Donna Karan, Calvin Klein and Vera Wang. The challenge of an entrepreneurial business drew David to work in growing Crunch Fitness from 4 locations to 26 locations, where he was CFO. After a 6-year stint as CFO of a Canadian chain of health clubs in Toronto, David knew that he needed to move back “home”, to Denver.
David always enjoyed real estate, personally, and with his entrepreneurial spirit and in depth knowledge of finance, negotiating, contracts and marketing, set out to take his home town real estate market by storm with his professionalism, his integrity and his care.
David enjoys getting to know his clients and helping them with the life transitions involved in buying and selling real estate. Knowing that real estate transactions are some of the largest and most important investments in his client’s life, David also never forgets the human side of the transaction and is always available to pitch in with resources, be it a referral for a contractor or helping a client move that family armoire.
David is happy to work with his Sister, Nancy Jones, at milehimodern, who manages David’s client transaction and experience.
Since 2013, David has sold over $150 Million in real estate in the Denver Area.
So happy to be living in Denver and love my clients.
Every time I walk in to a closing and see the huge smiles on my client’s faces.
Tuning my phone out!
Set for 6:30 but am usually laying there waiting for it to go off.
A great weight workout, a huge breakfast at Sam’s 3, work around my house, hanging out with friends and nice dinner in backyard, an episode of Schitt’s Creek and bed!

Favorite Denver Neighborhood:
Do I really have to name one? Lynwood, where I live and Stokes’ Place and Belcaro. Love the ranch style homes.
